Basic limited warranty
 
Basic limited warranty for an ELARI watch is 1 year from the date of purchase, during this period we can guaranty for free: 
  • Hardware warranty – every production or operational defect will be fixed for free during this period 
  • Software warranty – every software defect will be fixed for free during this period 
NOTE! ELARI products are developing rapidly and most of the products receive software updates during their lifetime. The software support is not limited by 1 year. Even if your product is out of warranty period, you can contact your local service provider or send email to support@elari.tech and you will receive necessary support.
 
Mechanical or water damaged products
 
If your ELARI product has been damaged by water or has mechanical damage, please contact your local service provider or send email to support@elari.tech and we will try to settle your issue, but since this kind of damage is caused by user in 99% of cases, we would have to offer you paid service with replacement of damaged parts.
 
NOTE! Most of ELARI watch are declared as IP54 – that means they are just partly protected from water drops and non-heavy rain, swimming or taking shower with our watch on is strongly prohibited.
 
4G products limited software update
 
Most of our 4G watch support online software update, and you can install this update following watch user guide. In most cases it will bring new functions or improve watch stability or solve software issues. We highly recommend installing such updates immediately after their availability.
